K-Jams Entertainment Terms and Conditions
Welcome to K-Jams Entertainment's terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by K-Jams Entertainment. By booking our DJ services, sound systems, party lights, or other hire equipment, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Securing your date and booking confirmation
To secure your desired date for K-Jams Entertainment's services, a non-refundable deposit of [Insert Amount, e.g., $50] NZD is required. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves your date in our calendar, covering administrative costs. The remaining balance for your selected package is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. Should you need to reschedule, please provide at least 14 days' notice. While the deposit is non-refundable, we will endeavour to apply it towards a future date within 6 months, subject to availability. By making this deposit payment, the hirer agrees to provide a safe, dry area for all electrical equipment, including DJ gear, speakers, and lighting. Please note that cleaning services are billed separately and will be based on venue size.
Payment methods and cancellation policy

Hirer's responsibility for equipment
When hiring sound systems, party lights, smoke machines, or any other equipment from K-Jams Entertainment, the hirer is responsible for their safe use and care throughout the hire period. You must ensure the equipment is protected from damage, misuse, adverse weather conditions, and theft. Any damage or loss to the equipment due to negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the hirer and may incur replacement or repair costs. Please ensure all equipment is returned in the same condition it was received.
Our commitment and responsibilities
K-Jams Entertainment is committed to providing high-quality DJ services, sound systems, and party hire equipment. We will ensure that all hired equipment is in good working order and delivered/set up according to your booking agreement. Our DJs will strive to deliver a professional and entertaining experience tailored to your event. While we take utmost care, K-Jams Entertainment is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that may affect service delivery, such as extreme weather events or equipment failure beyond our immediate control, provided we have taken reasonable precautions.
General provisions
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. K-Jams Entertainment reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the most current version of these terms.
